Dr Valentine Shambira CEng MICE NECReg APAFDA BSc PhD has over 25 years UK and overseas experience spanning construction planning, site surveying and engineering and academic research. His practical UK experience includes hands-on leadership of groundwork, reinforced concrete frame, steel frame and slip form gangs, in a site engineering function, in central London and farther afield on several medium to large scale commercial, residential, education, leisure, health and infrastructure projects. This expertise laid a solid foundation for the services that Dr Shambira now provides in construction planning across all development stages from construction feasibility studies, through design, procurement, construction and forensic delay analysis.
Dr Shambira has mentored and trained many successful construction professionals and published work in professional journals, at conferences and on trade webinars.
